Private Events
We are excited to host your next private event whether it be a small group meeting, fundraiser, birthday party or wedding! Please review the information on this page before getting in touch with us. Please email us at info@boneup.beer with any additional questions and specific date availability!
Pricing
We charge a flat hourly rate to reserve and staff the area for an event. To guarantee your date and time slot, the rental fee must be paid in full at least three weeks out from your event.
We have a two hour rental minimum, though most groups book for 3-4 hour windows. We do not charge a food or drink minimum. Drinks and food are run separately through a tab at the bar, and we can make it for the whole group (with or without a dollar limit) or run individual tabs. Whichever you prefer!

Space & Limits
You can choose between indoors or outdoors (pricing is the same). Due to the size of our space, we do not book events for groups larger than 60.
In the event of inclement weather, we will either move the date of your event or offer a refund for your rentals. Rentals are otherwise non-refundable.
Well-behaved kids are welcome, but they are included in your head count. Dogs are only allowed outdoors.
If you decide you wish to stay after your rental window you are welcome to do so provided we don’t have another event scheduled, but we will clear off unused tables and reopen the area to the public.
Food
It's all about what you want to do! We have a small menu of bar snacks (soft pretzels, empanadas, etc.), but most people opt to bring in their own food or bring in a caterer.
We have folding tables/trash cans/etc you can borrow, or you can use one of our outdoor tables to create a spread. We do not provide plates, serving utensils, extra napkins, or silverware.
Drinks
The type of license we have prevents outside alcohol from being consumed on premise, so we only offer our house beers and our N/A options. Please note we do not allow outside beverages, non-alcoholic or otherwise, in the taproom. We do not serve wine, cider, or gluten free beer, but we do have a wonderful draft list of twelve beers across a wide range of styles so there's usually something for everyone!
Cancellation Policy
We will not guarantee your rental day/time slot unless you have paid the rental fee in full. If you need to cancel your rental, we can refund the fee up to three weeks out from your event. If you cancel your rental less than three weeks out, the fee is non-refundable.
