Kegasus - Mixed Fermentation Farmhouse Ale
KEGASUS Mixed Fermentation Farmhouse Ale 4.8% ABV
This is a beer whose whole surpasses the sum of its parts (not unlike the fabled Kegasus of lore): we blended a lightly funky brown ale (emboldened by some tart cherry) with a sharply tart (and beguilingly funk-forward) farmhouse, and added in another farmhouse (this one laden with honey and plums), bringing a measure of calm to the whole affair.
The end result is a beer that's loaded with funky goodness, but also brings enough jammy fruit to the table that you wouldn't mind tangoin' with this dance partner for the rest of the night.
Comes in a 500mL bottle.
