Beer Name: Sandwiches!
Style: Chocolate Milk Stout
ABV: 6.9%
Color: A warm glowing brown, assuming you've got a flashlight held up to the side of the glass. Otherwise black.
Cheese Pairing: Cheesecake (the cheese made by Grace Hill Farms, not actual cheesecake. Though that would also work nicely)
Food Pairing: Cheesecake (actual cheesecake this time. Though the cheese from Grace Hill Farms would also work nicely)
Music Pairing (Jimbo's Choice): "Happy Together" by the Turtles
Music Pairing (Jared's Choice): "Halfsharkalligatorhalfman" by Dr. Octagon
Best Occasion to Drink: When you say you're gonna go to somebody's apartment for drinks, but right after you show up you just grab the booze and run away giggling (you'll be tempted to chug from the bottle as you run, but that's usually a bad idea).
Brewers' Notes: We sure do like tasty beers and sharing them with cool people (like you! Probably!), but when the occasion calls for it we also like to mix beers together to make something entirely new!
And it's with that in mind that we brewed this beer: a chocolate milk stout that’s a proper treat all by its lonesome, but intended be blended with its companion beer (a raspberry farmhouse named It's Like We Finish Each Other's...) in order to make a lightly tart, chocolatey-smooth concoction that's the best of both worlds.
