Brewers' Notes: We wanted to brew an IPA for Thanksgiving times, so obviously we went with The Horned Beast! (That's what the cornucopia is, right? A beast with plenty of horns? We're not really up to speed on our Thanksgiving mythology) And in keeping with the spirit of the holiday, we threw in a buncha bright 'n tropical hops (namely BRU-1, Galena, and Masscade) so that you can properly perform the symbolic Ritual Sacrifice of Sunlight as you once again pledge your allegiance to the Dark Master (...I'm starting to think we might need to do some "research" into the "true meaning of Thanksgiving").
