Best Occasion to Drink: while you're talking really excitedly about something you just started getting into
Brewers' Notes: we managed to get our hands on some Zappa (the cool new hop that everyone's talking about these days, the one with Neomexicanus lineage that's a cousin to Sabro, although when we start talking about plant genealogy people always seem to suddenly remember that they need to be somewhere else in a hurry) and so we took a whole bunch and crammed it into this easy-sippin' lil' grisette that we just so happened to release on Frank Zappa's birthday (which, if we're being honest, was actually a complete coincidence) and now we get to get to know this hop in all its fruity funky glory and you can too!
