Brewers' Notes: Did you know that we've got a friggin' record shop in our taproom? Because we do! More specifically, Light of Day Records (which is also a record label that puts out some killer stuff, btw) has set up shop in the ol' taproom and we're so excited we brewed a whole beer about it! We whipped up a smooth-sippin' saison with a buncha local grains and some Pekko (a hop whose flavor notes meander from citrus to floral, with a brief stop in the vicinity of mint) and we daresay it's a mighty fine pairing to perusing the new arrivals or diggin' through the dollar bin!
