Brewers' Notes: We love us some blueberry liqueur barrels (provided by our friends at Short Path Distilling, of course) and we also love us some big silly barleywine, so we took some blueberry barrel aged barleywine and a couple other things and blended up this delectable-ass blend that's about as close to the beer equivalent of fruit-topped creme brulee as we can get - it's got a nice full body and it's damn near bursting at the seams with notes of toffee and dark fruit (think figs and black cherries and, yes, blueberries) and anyway it's pretty much perfect with or for dessert and you should drink some!
