Brewers' Notes: MA-grown Rakau (grown by our friends at Four Star Farms, natch) may well be our favorite hop in the whole dang world, but it's been - at best - difficult for us to get ahold of. So in other words, it's a dang ol' celebration when we manage to score a little.
With that in mind, it's a bit bittersweet to say that we got our hands on a handful of the last ever Four Star Rakau. So, of course, we figured we'd share our treasure with you! We grabbed a buncha locally-sourced grains and whipped up the fondest farewell we could give to this wonderful lil' hop - we've had lots of laughs together, so let's go out with a blast!
