Beer Name: Worshipper
Style: Whiskey barrel aged farmhouse ale w/hibiscus
ABV: 8%

Cheese Pairing: Baked brie covered in figs
Food Pairing: Strawberry cheesecake
Music Pairing (Jimbo's Choice): "Wolf Song" by Worshipper
Music Pairing (Jared's Choice): "Black Corridor" by Worshipper
Best Occasion to Drink: While you're trying to convince yourself not to buy a whole bunch of life-size cardboard cutouts of your friends so you can recreate that scene from Home Alone in your apartment, and you can feel your self-restraint slipping by the minute.
Brewers' Notes: We've had a little time on our hands to get a little "creative" over in the ol' Blending Department these days, so when we got the hankerin' for a light 'n easy-drinkin' vanilla-forward but lightly-tart barrel-aged beer, we figured we might as well just go ahead and make one because that itch ain't gon' scratch itself! We pulled this lil' treat out of Short Path Distilling "crazy whiskey" barrels and while there's a good amount of barrel character, we'd call this beer "dessert in a glass," only it's not really super sweet, it's more just... right. We've had some mighty cool stuff come out of the ol' Barrel Hold as of late, and I daresay this beer is a mighty fine addition to that lineup.
