Beer Name: Mirage Daze
Style: Barrel-aged farmhouse ale
ABV: 8.1%
Color: Sort of a pinkish brown? But, like, in a good way?
Cheese Pairing: Harbison
Food Pairing: Roast monkfish
Music Pairing (Jimbo's Choice): "Night Child" by Worshipper
Music Pairing (Jared's Choice): "Visions from Beyond" by Worshipper
Best Occasion to Drink: While thinking about space
Brewers' Notes: We are completely stoked as heck to have Worshipper playing at our anniversary party this year! This is actually the second time we've made a Worshipper-themed beer, but the first one was more of a tribute than a collaboration (as in, we thought it would be cool to name a beer after a band we like, and also maybe we'd get to hang out with that band* if we name a beer after them) and this time around we made a delicious-ass barrel-aged to pair with their tunes and it's a surefire smooth-sipper but it's got a couple tricks up the ol' sleeve in the flavor department and anyway we think you'll enjoy it!
* That didn't happen with the original Worshipper beer because of Reasons (like them not knowing we made the beer, and also it came out in spring 2020 so there was no real chance of that happening anyway), but it has (somehow) happened before
