Beer Name: Los Aromos
Style: Hoppy farmhouse with passionfruit
ABV: 7.2%
Color: Aromo-flower yellow
Cheese Pairing: Franciszka
Food Pairing: Garlic Shrimp
Music Pairing (Jimbo's Choice): "Uh Huh" by Imperial State Electric
Music Pairing (Jared's Choice): "48 Roses" by Mariachi el Bronx
Best Occasion to Drink: While watching a group of treat-drunk dogs insistently tear apart the costumes they're wearing.
Brewers' Notes: Just to get this out of the way, no the name doesn't translate to "the aromas" (that would be "los aromas," which is admittedly very close). Aromos are a type of tree, and more importantly this beer is named after a house which was named after that particular type of tree. We... we apparently make a lot of beers named after houses? Anyway, this here beer is a collaboration with T'ahpas 529 (whose owner Lorenzo grew up in the eponymous Los Aromos, hence the connection) and it's a lightly-tart modestly-hoppy sneaky-strong farmhouse that'll tingle your tastebuds in just the right way!
