Brewers' Notes: You like ginger? Great! There's a bunch of ginger in this beer! And just to "spice things up" we also added all the regular beer ingredients (including some lovely local grains and some equally-lovely local hops and also some honey that we got from Costco), and we ended up with a beer whose ginger character is well above a whisper but certainly quieter than a shout and we think it's straight-up delightful and hopefully you will too!
