Beer Name: Chaotic Gold
Style: Pale Ale
ABV: 5.0%
Color: Pale with a smidge of amber, just like in the good ol' days
Cheese Pairing: Asiago, maybe pepper jack. Really any common table cheese will do, especially if you lean towards the dry/crumbly end of the spectrum.
Food Pairing: Fried chicken
Music Pairing (Jimbo's Choice): "Seal the Deal" by Volbeat
Music Pairing (Jared's Choice): "Kingslayer" by Crowfeeder
Best Occasion to Drink: Disco minute!
Brewers' Notes: Who couldn't use a little more chaos in their lives? Probably all of us, given all the... everything these days, but what if we told you that this chaos is none other than a funky lil' hop grown by our friends at Four Star Farms? And since chaos needs company, we decided to pair that hop with the delicious-yet-unfortunately-named Bitter Gold, and then we chucked in a buncha local grains for balance and the rest is history! Or rather, the rest is a tasty-ass pale ale that's bursting with a buncha fruity hop character and maybe has a little malt peeking around the edges and it's good as heck!
