Beer Name: Azacca

Music Pairing (Jared's Choice): "Don't Mess with my Toot Toot" by Rockin' Sidney.
Best Occasion to Drink: As dusk approaches on a lazy summer Sunday.
Brewers' Notes: We sure do love us some single-hop beers around here, but we feel like it's important to play around with the base beer so were sure to be makin' something that suits the personality of the hop in question (not that we've got anything against making the same beer a bunch of times but with different hops, that just ain't where our heads are at). So in this case, we've got a hop that's full of tropical fruit aromas (mostly the fruits in the yellow end of the spectrum) with a little bit of a citrus punch, so we brewed up a nice 'n' light lil' honey-sweet blonde ale to go with it! As you might expect, this beer goes dang well with some outdoor drinkin', and that's exactly what we intend to do with it. Cheers!
