Beer Name: El Azakuanot
Style: Pale Ale
ABV: 5.4%
Color: Modestly old parchment.
Cheese Pairing: Valencia orange chevre (yes, we got this at Costco. What of it?)
Food Pairing: Shawarma.
Music Pairing (Jimbo's Choice): "Champagne and Reefer" by the Devil Makes Three
Music Pairing (Jared's Choice): "Megalovania" by Toby Fox
Best Occasion to Drink: When you want a good pale ale.
Brewers' Notes: While we do love to have a buncha (often needlessly convoluted) stories behind our beers around here, sometimes the story is "I want a nice, straightforward pale ale" and sometimes the Big Twist in the story is that we have a bunch of our favorite hops on hand and we should use them in this pale ale why not? And that's exactly what did happen! We took some El Dorado and some Azacca and some Ekuanot (and some locally-malted grains, natch) and crammed 'em all into a fermentor or whatever and now we've got this tasty-ass pale ale!
