Beer Name: Part Deux
Style: IPA
ABV: 6.9%
Color: Yellow
Cheese Pairing: Brie rind placed on Laughing Cow wedges in a hastily-assembled attempt to fool people into thinking you didn't eat all the fancy cheese
Food Pairing: Tater tots
Music Pairing (Jimbo's Choice): "Part Deux" by The Guilloteenagers
Music Pairing (Jared's Choice): "Buck-Oh-Nine" by The Guilloteenagers
Best Occasion to Drink: Antics (freestyle) or shenanigans (planned)
Brewers' Notes: We're pretty much always down for some straight-up rockin' out, which is why we're pumped to brew a beer to pair with the music of The Guilloteenagers. And you know what goes great with some good ol' rock 'n roll? Honestly pretty much everything. But! Sometimes you gotta "kick things up a notch" (and hopefully avoid making a "take it to eleven" joke) and so we grabbed a bunch of our favorite hops and crammed 'em into every nook and cranny on this beer to help give you a little glide in your stride and some dip in your hip; and it turns out that this beer had a lot of nooks and quite a few crannies, so there's pretty much pure unadulterated hop bliss any which way you look and anyway it should set the stage for some truly transcendent rocking out. Cheers!
