Best Occasion to Drink: While experimenting in the kitchen
Brewers' Notes: our pals at LobzterKing work some straight-up magic when it comes to lobster-related foods so we were right tickled when they wanted to make a beer with us! And rather than trying to add lobster into a beer (which would be bad, don't do that) we set our culinary/brewing sights on their candied yams (which go surprisingly well with lobster, don't ask me how) - we took a nice golden tripel and added in a pinch of caramel and a handful of brown sugar and a whole buttload* of sweet potatoes - and a sweet potato tripel might sound like a weird combo to you, but we were skeptical about the whole "lobster BLT" thing until we tried it, so you might as well just drink some and find out for yourself!
* If you want to get all technical about it, and we do, it was probably more like 10% of a buttload, but that's less fun to say.
