Beer Name: Uni-Dog
Style: Hoppy Amber
ABV: 4.6%

Food Pairing: Fried chicken
Music Pairing (Jimbo's Choice): "Frogville" by Cory Wong
Music Pairing (Jared's Choice): "What's That Cookin'" by Deke Dickerson
Best Occasion to Drink: while fearfully scurrying away from a cat.
Brewers' Notes: We like dogs and beers and brewing beers inspired by dogs and this time around we're commemoratin' the memory of a big ol' Pyrenees named Domino! This gentle giant developed a bit of a bone growth right smack dab in the middle of his forehead (thus turning him into a unidog), so we felt it would be most appropriate to honor his memory by brewin' up a fruity, lightly-toasty single hop amber featuring one of our favorite hops (MA-grown Rakau) and now it's here and you should drink some!
About Domino, from his owner:
We got him when he was 6 months old from a rescue organization based out of Tennessee. He was supposed to be a roughly 50 lb pitbull mix, and he turned out to be a 120 lb great pyrenees mix!
He was goofy and loyal and afraid of everything ranging from certain cats, to stairs, to some hallways, to our rabbit. For a few years he became a uni-dog when he got a bone growth in the middle of his forehead (see hilarious pictures below). He ended up passing away about a year and a half ago, but I think with his gigantic size, weird looks, and goofy/anxious personality he would be a great fit for a dog beer!
