Brewers' Notes: When we heard wind of a new-to-us hop whose flavor descriptors are pretty wildly all over the map, we were instantly intrigued - how can "coconut" and "cedar" and "stone fruit" and "mint" all combine harmoniously? We had to know. Anyway, as is our style, we got a whole bunch of ol' Sabro and crammed it all into one beer - in this case a saison featuring some lovely locally-sourced grains- and now we get to share it with you!
