Brewers' Notes: You like ginger? We like ginger! And it turns out that when we use "ginger" to describe a beer, that ol' ginger best punch you right in the tastebuds! So when we decided to do a(nother) barrel-aged ginger-infused beer, we decided to do it up Strong! What we've got here is a big ol' bruiser of a beer that's been slumberin' in a rye barrel for a right while and we found that the best way to wake up that beast was with more ginger! And in order to "up the ante" on this lil' ol' monster, we decided to dip our toes into the wide world of natural carbonation (for the bottled version, anyway), so we got that goin' for us, which is nice.
