Brewers' Notes: We brewed this beer for a couple fine folks we’ve known ever since we were a little bitty baby brewery and those folks would be Amy and Brian! Brian also goes by “Kaboobi” for reasons we’re kind of afraid to ask about, but that’s beside the point because the point is that these two just got hitched, and we brewed this beer to celebrate!
We were gonna try and use “video game themed” ingredients for this beer but it turns out the “metroids” aren’t a real thing and even if they were you probably shouldn’t put them in beer, so we did what we do best and we grabbed a buncha cool hops and tasty grains and “leveled up” the best durn beer we could and now you can open “1-Up” and enjoy!
