Brewer's Notes: We like to think our beers are all about balance, but balance need not be banal. We brewed up this big ol' bruiser of a double IPA and crammed a whole buncha hops in there every which way we could, but it's somehow a surprisingly easygoing smooth-sipper and that's why we paired this beer with the music of Benthic Realm - they're loud as hell and twice as heavy, but it's much more pleasure than punishment and we daresay it's a near-perfect pairing.
