Beer Name: Three of Cups
Style: Brown ale with chai spices
ABV: 6.9%
Color: Definitely at least brownish
Cheese Pairing: Buffalo paneer
Food Pairing: Momo (ideally goat, but veggie is fine too). Or maybe cider donuts.
Music Pairing (Jimbo's Choice): "Cut Through the Dark" by Sacral
Music Pairing (Jared's Choice): "Smoke Weed Drink Beer Hail Satan" by Sacral
Best Occasion to Drink: while getting really invested in your weird hobbies
Brewers' Notes: when our friend(s) from Sacral (it's a one-person project, one of them "internet bands" that you may have heard of, but it feels weird to refer to a band as "he"? So we're just gonna pretend that Justin is several people) reached out to us about brewin' up a beer to go with their latest release, we did what we tend to do and said "yes please!" before actually taking the time to learn the details involved in doing so. But! This here beer is a big ol' tasty brown ale with a buncha chai spices ("chai masala" if you're down with the lingo) thrown in and I'm pretty sure we've never done that before, so it's mighty cool that we got to do it this time! Anyway it's good and you should drink it.
