Brewers' Notes: We made this here beer to pair with the latest release from our friends in Lesser Glow (it was supposed to accompany the release of their new album, but, well... 2020 happened). Lesser Glow writes a lot of songs that speak to a connection with nature, and we love nature! Did you know that many of beer's ingredients come from nature? It's true! And we kept that connection in mind when creating a beer to pair with the song Versterven because, if you think about it, there's not much that's more natural than [checks notes] dying of thirst in the desert! Anyway, this here's a dry-as-a-bone grisette made with Mt. Rainier and Southern Star and a buncha locally-grown grains and an extra dollop of love, so we hope you enjoy!
