Brewers' Notes: Regardless of whether or not you believe that birds are real (they aren't), you have to admit that they need to be taken down a peg or two. They think they're so great, with their feathers and whatever. We'll show them. Anyway, in honor of birds being jerks, we decided to take our beloved Belgian-style tripel and age it in a buncha blueberry liqueur barrels (from our friends at Short Path Distilling, of course) and now you can raise a glass with us as we yell at birds!
