Beer Name: Atlantica
Style: Table Beer w/Plums
ABV: 5.0%
Color: Golden, with a fuzzy pinkish center (not unlike a slightly-underripe peach)
Cheese Pairing: Cheesecake (the cheese from Grace Hill Farm, not actual cheesecake. But I bet that'd be pretty durn good too).
Food Pairing: Like seven slices of one of those longass "party subs," stolen from a stranger's graduation party.
Music Pairing (Jimbo's Choice): "Shoot Shoot" by Batmobile
Music Pairing (Jared's Choice): "Cut Me Down" by the Dahmers.
Best Occasion to Drink: While you're headed to the beach, gettin' ready to take an absolutely viscious power nap.
Brewers' Notes: Man oh man, this beer has been a dang ol' journey. Right out the gate most of this lil' ol' beer was earmarked for Secret Projects and then because of Reasons (related to a different secret project) we ended up with a surplus of tasty fruit puree (namely Italian plum) and also we happened to have some cool-ass new-to-us hops (namely Pacifica, from a far-less-secret project) so we figured we'd do what we do best and just start tossin' stuff in willy-nilly and whoa nelly is it tasty, but you best get while there's beer to be got because we ain't got much!
