Beer Name: Extra Naked
Style: Table Beer
ABV: 4.8%
Color: Light straw, occasionally likened to off-brand Post-It Notes.
Cheese Pairing: Goat chèvre, maybe a good smoked gouda.
Food Pairing: Pastrami on rye.
Music Pairing (Jimbo's Choice): "Hoopin'" by The Weisstronauts.
Music Pairing (Jared's Choice): "Old Man Boogie" by Reverend Peyton's Big Damn Band or "Prehistoric Dog" by Red Fang.
Best Occasion to Drink: Right now!
Brewer's Notes:
The lightest of our year-round offerings, Extra Naked packs a whole lot into a deceptively small package, which is why it's the perennial brewers' favorite! It's nice 'n dry and there's a bit of citrusy hop character and a bit of spicy yeast character and it rewards deeper inspection and reflection, but you're also not gonna feel like you missed out if you just happen to drink it and then look around for more. It's a surprisingly complex lil' easy drinkin' beer, and you should probably definitely drink some!
