But! We must move forward, not backward! Upward, not forward! And always twirling, twirling toward new beer! Thassright, we've got a new beer on tap and it's on tap right now and there's actually kind of a neat story* behind this one! See, we've been encouraging (badgering) our friends at Four Star Farms to grow some galena because we think it's a cool hop and we wanted to see what the ol' New England terroir** might bring to the table for this particular hop and anyway they grew some this past year and since they only had a bit of it they decided to give it to us! Now, it was a bit of a learning experience for us on account of how these cool experimental hops were in "whole leaf" form and they showed up in a giant ridiculous brick (as opposed to the compact bags of pellets we're used to) and anyway we decided that the best thing for us to do would be to take a big chunk off that giant brick o' hops and chuck it in as the dry hop in a tasty lil' ESB and anyway it's called Trial Run and it's tasty as hell and you should drink some!
** That's French for "dirt"
