This past Monday we passed the half-year anniversary of this dang ol' taproom bein' open and we just could not be more chuffed! In true Bone Up Style, we celebrated by realizing at the last minute and then pretty much just getting on with business as usual.
But! It just to happens that business as usual brought forth some unusual business in the form of an entirely-coincidental semi-anniversary present: those new fermentors we've been talking about nonstop for months! They're here! They're so cute and stubby! Look at them! Look at them.
** Mostly (entirely) for the name.
*** Drinking warm, uncarbonated tank samples when we're finishing up work at 2am.
**** The ones in your spice cabinet, that is. Not, like, "herbal in a Jamaican sense."
