Well hey there! It's bloggin' time once again, and have we got a blog for you! Things are rollin' along and good times are bein' had as we settle in to something vaguely resembling a "normal routine." But as "always," we like to "shake things up" to keep you "on your toes," and in this case that means a bunch of fun events!
Speaking of fun events, we've got one this weekend! If you're anything like us, you may be prone to wonder (out loud, to nobody in particular) why you aren't eating some tasty fermented foods whilst sippin' on your delicious fermented beverage.* Well you shall wonder no more, because we've got Cauldron comin' in this Saturday with some treats for you to nosh on!
Because you can never have too many dilly beans in your life.
And while we're talking about beer/food pairings, we've been hard at work setting up the beer and candy pairings for the upcoming Halloween block party next week. It may sound like a bunch of fun and games, but this is quite the rigorous scientific process,** made all the more strenuous by how seriously we take snacks around here - tempers flared, chairs were thrown, and friendships ended as new alliances were forged. I think one person got bitten.

But never you mind that. The point is that we'll have loads of candy and tons of delightful beer to pair it with, so you should come out next week!
And while we're on the topic(s) of beer pairings and/or next week - as we mentioned previously, we're rollin' out a Ginger Farmhouse Ale for the Original Gravity show that we're hosting next week. But what we neglected to mention was, that same show*** inspired us to bring back an old favorite from our Innaugural Pilot Batch Series - Black Witow! So whether you're lookin' for something new, or you want to revisit an old favorite,**** you should probably come on out to the show! (And if you're good, we just might have some Witow for you as soon as this weekend. Keep your eyes peeled/ear to the ground/etc.)
