*** Two saplings and a pile of mulch. It's the legal minimum that's required before you can call it "landscaping" and not just "a spill in the parking lot at Lowe's."
Howdy do, have we got a blog for you! And we bring news! On the plus side, we can finally announce the long-awaited* arrival of the rest of our flagship beers! On the downside, there's been a nontrivial uptick in "machete-related incidents." Don't worry, it's for science. And to commemorate this momentous** occasion, we're having a tasting featuring all four flagships at Giles Fine Wine in Medford this coming Saturday from 1-3pm! You've been to tastings before, you know the drill: we show up, growlers-in-hand; you show up and politely nod until we finish awkwardly stammering and hand you some beer. It'll be fun! And what's more, our parking lot got (partially) paved! And there's landscaping!*** We don't entirely know what this means in the Grand Scheme of Things (i.e. whether or not it's a harbinger of our actually-long-awaited opening) - we still need to get approval from a handful of departments in City Hall - but at the very least, you can now walk through the parking lot without wondering if your tetanus booster is up to date. Progress! Asphalt never looked so good! We are now taking name submissions for the two saplings out front... Go! * Not really
