Hello again! It's right about "that time" once again, so why don't'cha "log in" and pull up a website while we get to the chitterchat!
And to start off, let's chat cheese! More to the point, we got a buncha hunksa cheese from Grey Barn dairy down in Martha's Vineyard and on Wednesday we're pairin' that delectable dairy with a buncha tasty beers! Party times!
Gettin' on a little further on into the week, on Thursday we're tappin' our Trusty Thursday Cask and this time around we're sayin' hi to an old favorite (and a surefire summer thirst quencher): Shut Up Kelly! And to "sweeten the deal" we tossed in some single-origin cocoa nibs that were mailed to us by a stranger! This month's origin is Ghana and the tasting notes (which I am not making up) are "pure, rich chocolate flavor" which kind of feels like cheating? Like, all of the other origins have tasting notes like "walnut, banana, and toffee," so it seems like kind of a cop-out to just say "chocolate" but what do we know, we're brewers, not chocolatiers.
Anyway. Thursday. In addition to that cask featuring chocolate-flavored chocolate, we're doin' trivia! Thassright, it's once again time for Simpsons Trivia! And we have it on good authority that the crowd this month will be missing one Knowitall Neddy, so come on out and strike while that iron's hot!
Oh! Also! There's gonna be a cornhole tournament in our parking lot on Thursday! And also every Thursday for the rest of the summer, I'm pretty sure. Long story short, we're teamin' up with The Village for cornhole times every Thursday and you should come check it out!
Moving on and moving forward, on Saturday we got Speakeasy Donuts in the house! Last time around they brought a cotton candy machine, which was hella rad, but I dunno if that's happening again, but what I do know is everything they make is hella tasty and you should eat it!
