First up, this Thursday is Simpsons Trivia Night! So if you're lookin' to pit your wits and/or get your reminisce on about some old favorites, come on by! And as an added bonus (which, it turns out, nobody really cares about), we'll have a super-secret* one-night-only beertail for all your trivial needs!

And besides beertails, you know what pairs super well with trivia? I hope it's cask, because we've got a corker goin' on tap this Thursday! More specifically, we've got Jaunty Session IPA dry hopped with Masscade, and it's a dang ol' treat (and we would know - we had that same cask on tap at that cask fest last weekend and hoo boy was it tasty)!
Moving on to later times, this Saturday once again brings us Everett's annual Village Fest! There's gonna be a lot goin' on, but the main skinny of the gist is that they're shuttin' down the street from our parking lot all the way down to Teddy Peanut Butter and there's gonna be bands and food trucks and street drinkin' (we'll be reppin' at two outdoor bars!) and games and alla that street fest stuff. And in an unexpected-yet-completely-expected return to the festival's roots, the headliner is Sugar Ray. Yes, the Sugar Ray. No, I don't know how/why.
Anyway, there's some logistical mumbo jumbo with the fest that's worth noting, so here we go:
-We'll be closing at 9 PM because that's when the fest ends.
-We'll be serving in plastic cups only throughout the course of the day, which means no flights and no growlers (Big Stupid Cans are still a go, though).
-We'll probably be open at our normal time, but the street shuts down at 11 AM, which means it will be kind of hard to get here even before the fest starts.
-But there is parking available in the BNY lot for the day, which is nice.
-There's probably something else I'm forgetting but that's most of it.

Anyway, moving on and moving forward, in just a few short weeks we've got the Mass Fermentational** coming up on October 6th on Worcester Common! It's put on by the Mass Brewers Guild so you know there's gonna be hella great beer and great times all up ins, so you should come on out!
* It's even a secret to us, in the sense that we haven't come up with recipe or name as of yet.
