First off, this weekend will be the much-awaited* release of Bullhead, an easy drinkin' pint o' golden goodness! We wanted to make a beer that would help us celebrate the ongoing hop harvest - while simultaneously showcasing some tasty-ass grains from our new friends at Blue Ox Malthouse - so we dreamt up own spin on a classic Oktoberfest staple and brewed the heck outta this light-bodied yet malt-forward easy drinker! Since we ain't exactly about rigid adherence to style guidelines around here (and since the original style is a lager, which ain't exactly in our brewing wheelhouse), we also decided to go on ahead and chuck in a bucket or two fulla some fresh 'n' fruity hops from Four Star Farms, which ends up giving an overall impression of jam on toast.

** We don't have all the details arranged just yet, but we do have our eyes on some slick-as-hell custom fabricated stainless straight outta America's Heartland. Our beers gon' ferment in style.
*** Not that there's a convenient time for this.
**** Feels like we've been saying that a lot these days, which is pretty incredible.
