- Sunken Wit Witbier - we liked Sunken City's beer so much last year that we had to bring it back! As true-to-style as we get around here, this beer's nice 'n' light 'n' bright and just ever so easy to drink.
- D 'n' A Pale Ale - brewed for the return of DnA's Evolution, this is somehow an entirely different pale ale than the one we brewed them last year, which was the not-at-all-similarly named DNA. This time around we went for a lighter body and a big ol' punch of fruity hops (specifically el Dorado and Azacca, get it?) and it's just a dang ol' guzzler I tells ya what.
- Hoopin' Farmhouse Ale - since The Weisstronauts are the only band that's been with us since Year One, we gotta brew them a new beer every time. That's just manners! And this year we stepped it up a bit, with a sneaky-smooth farmhouse that'll get you into that relaxation zone right dang quick!
- Benthic Realm Super IPA - you might think we'd go dark and heavy for a doom metal band like Benthic Realm, but we took a page outta the ol' Food Pairing Playbook and went for contrast! This bright 'n' fruity double IPA may seem like the polar opposite of their vibe, but we have it on good authority that it pairs perfectly with everyone's favorite Doom Metal Pastime - nodding your head vaguely in time with the music and maybe swaying a bit!
- Organ Meats Smoked Wheat - our friends from Organ Meats are pretty into that whole stoner metal/desert rock vibe, and that's pretty much entirely up our alley so we grabbed up a buncha wheat and cherrywood smoked malt from our friends at Valley Malt and did up a nice easygoing lil' smokebomb!
- Blood Built Dry Stout - yet another beer that we couldn't resist brewing again, this dry 'n' smooth little stout is the perfect pairing for the sonic fury that is Blood Built Empire!
- Shadows Fruited Ale - To pair with the sound styles of Shadows Bleed Red we figured we'd start with a base beer that's solidly malt-forward and then balance the everlovin' heck outta that malty sweetness with a buncha tart Italian plums! It's a little sweet and a little full-bodie, but it finishes dry as heck with just a hint of tartness and oh man it's like a dang ol' cobbler it's so good.
- Doomrider Barrel-aged Farmhouse - remember Doomrider? Our barrel-aged farmhouse that's got a little tartness and a little more vanilla and a whole heap of delicious? Well we have one last keg of it and that keg is goin' on tap at our birthday party!
- Fancy Pants Barrel-aged Farmhouse with Raspberries and Hibiscus and Cocoa Nibs - yet another barrel-aged blast from the (somewhat recent) past, Fancy Pants is the hibiscus-infused, barrel-aged counterpart to Lazy Pants (which was a farmhouse with raspberries and cocoa nibs), and we've only got one log left so we're gonna tap it up the morning of our party and probably drink some for dessert! And since it's our party, we're gonna have dessert first and also probably last!
