Hello friends! I hope you're in the mood for doom, because we got some spooktacular treats comin' your way!
First on the docket - which is to say, a beer that we tapped almost a week ago but then kind of forgot to mention (despite how tasty it is) - Doomrider! If you're lookin' for the lowdown skinny on this lil' ol' big beer, the short scoop is that it's a farmhouse that's been hangin' out in some barrels for a while and a half. More to the point, it's a tasty (and mildly tart) beer that's gotten a buncha quality time with some Bear Creek Wheat Whiskey barrels and hoo-boy is it tasty!

Speakin' of tasty, this Thursday we're once again revvin' up the beer engine with our favorite-ever beer to put on cask: Extra Naked! This time around it's dry hopped with Mt. Rainier grown by our friends at Four Star, and we're right stoked to see what this new-to-us hop brings to the table.
And while there's talk of tables, did we mention that we'll be doing a beer dinner at T'ahpas 529 this Thursday? Because we are! The menu looks tasty as all get-out and we cooked up some beer pairings that we're pretty dang excited about and also we're probably gonna be there to awkwardly ramble about our beers! And while we're goin' on about fun, we should probably mention that we're bringin' in our friend(s) from Alex's Ugly Sauce for some hot sauce flights on Saturday!
And you know what goes great with hot sauce? Probably barbecue, right? Well I sure hope they're a good pairing, because we gon' have BBQ from Smokin' Betty's at the same dang time and if that don't sound like a party then I don't know what does.
And if you're lookin' for something fun and weird to do outside the cozy confines of our taproom, Jimbo's gonna be reppin' strong at the Pink Boots Arm Wrestling Showdown and Mini Train Jamboree at Lookout Farm this Sunday! There's gonna be good times and good causes and probably a pretty good showing on the silly costume front - what more could you ask for?
