First up on the ol' newsfront, we crossed the first of our (probably many) hurdles on the licensing and permitting front! The short version of the story is: both the ABCC and the city liquor board approved our alteration of premises application!

Nope!
So... what's this mean for you?
In the immediate term? Probably not a hell of a lot. We've got the permits to have alcohol in there, but there's still a ways to go before we can have people in there. If it helps, think of our set of permits like a baseball team - we just hired our goalie.
You do know there are no goalies in baseball, right?
Of course we do, it's just been a while since we've gotten a bunch pedantic emails.
So what's next?
Excellent question! For reasons that aren't entirely clear to us, the steps that we need to take are a closely-guarded secret in this city. In the meantime, we're just gonna keep painting every surface we touch over there!
Any idea on a timeline?
Not even a little bit! But have faith, true believers* - you'll know as soon as we do (though if it's anything like the last time we did this, we'll find out the timeline after it's already passed).

Anyway, back to business. And in this case, I mean the business of telling y'all about our sweet new hoodies! Check 'em out!
Because we all know the height of fashion is under Horatio's watchful gaze.
And if you happen by for your hoodie on/after Thursday, you should have us pull you a pint of pineappley pleasantness, because we got Galena on cask! And, it is worth nothing that while we can't serve you in a hollowed-out pineapple, there's nothing preventing you from bringing your own.

And on Saturday we've got our yoga friends coming back for more yoga fun times startin' bright and early at 10:30! Yoga is a ticketed event (due to the, er, cozy nature of our taproom), so be sure to grab one here if there are any left (and if there aren't, we'll be scheduling more dates throughout the spring)! A beer flight is included in the ticket price!

And. AND. We've also got cookie friends comin' by! Our pals at Top Shelf Cookies will be in the taproom Sat 3/31 from 2-5pm! You deserve a treat after all that yoga and/or all that time you spent coming up with a convincing reason why it's better to sleep until noon than it is to exercise. So come. Eat! Cookies!
