Hello again! We got lotsa things brewing (both literally and figuratively) so we ain't gonna "beat around the bush" with a bunch of "shuck and jive" and instead we're gonna "get right to it" and maybe we'll make some friends along the way and maybe learn a thing or two about this big ol' world of ours.
Like how Jimbo is all heart and no muscle at arm wrestling. Too soon?
Anyway. We've got some pretty cool stuff goin' on behind the scenes as part of our hopefully-soon-to-be-useful army of clutter: a brand new cold room! Now, it ain't yet up and running (much to the dismay of the people who populate our already-too-small existing cold storage space) and we can't use it until we follow a bunch of "safety regulations" or something, but it's here! And it's more-or-less put together! Progress!
Very little blood was spilled on the floor this go-around.*
And speaking of progress, Audio Triviality is back this week! And he's bringing back a theme that was either a crowd favorite last time or it's just proof that he's running low on ideas. Anyway, the theme is Bad Music!
You'll likely hear good music blastin' from the back while your humble brewers hustle through a double brew to get the rest of them birthday beers ready in time!
And what, praytell, would ease the pain of having to listen to Papa Roach or whoever for a few hours? Probably some cask! And if you're like us (which, maybe? I dunno), you may well have noticed that Extra Naked is hella tasty on cask. We have also noticed that, so this week we've got Extra Naked on cask! Dry hopped with something or other!

"But wait," you say, "Liz and/or Jared (I'm not sure who writes this blog) - if you're brewing as much beer as you say you are, why you got them empty lines in the draft list?" Well never you fret, gentle strawman, because we've got a perfectly good answer for all of that and it's definitely not something that I'm making up right now.
Anyway the main rub of the gist is that some of these beers are Secret Beers and they sure as heck wouldn't be secret if we released them to the public, now would they? But we got at least one secret beer goin' on this weekend and one the next and there might be another one in the middle I dunno and then after that we're gonna start bringin' out the Birthday Beers** startin' early next week!

Lastly but certainly not leastly, we've got some tasty-as-heck pop ups coming your way this week! Today, we're hosting our first ever beer dinner in the taproom, and there's still a few tickets left! We'll have cheese and veggies and chicken and beer and good times, so if you're hungry, come on by!

And on Saturday, we're delighted to announce the debut of Littleburg Kitchen in the taproom! They'll be slingin' some tasty-as-heck veggie burgers and small treats all afternoon!
