And, turning our focus inside the brewery for a moment, we been keepin' ourselves busy with settin' up the last bits o' equipment and testin' out some process flows. I won't bore you with details about how we CIPed the brewhouse because nobody in the world thinks that's an interesting topic of conversation, but suffice to say: most of the days ended with fewer chemical burns than we were anticipating. ** Whereas previously it had been a relatively flat dirt patch, except on days when it was raining (or relatively humid) and it turned into a lake.
