In Which We Tackle Some Spring Cleaning

Well hey there, cats and kittens! We've got a lot of chit to chat about this week and not a ton of typin' time* to tap it all out, so read on and read up!

First on up, for those of you who ain't heard the word: We! Are! Hiring! Yes indeedy, we're gonna need some fresh faces front-of-house to keep the ol' beer garden running as smoothly as it can, so if you're lookin' to sling some beers and/or snacks - either full-time or part-time - send your resume (and your availability, and maybe one of those "cover letters" we've heard so much about) to Liz and Jared at info@boneup.beer!

And speaking of the beer garden, the beer garden will be closed until April 1st so that we can refurbish, refurnish, and spiff things up for y'all! And for what it's worth, we will still be using our preëxisting patio (all three tables!), so if you can snag a seat you're still welcome to join us for a pint!

On that note - a couple things to keep in mind during our renovations:

1. We are still open for beer to go every day!
2. We are still dog friendly!
3. ​Because the tables on the patio are smaller, we can only accommodate groups up to four people
4. Expect wait times on weekends to be longer than usual since we have fewer tables right now.

Movin' right along to Actual Beer News, this Friday we're bringin' back Wellington! Thassright, we had yet another hankerin' for this hoppy lil' number (and, not coincidentally, it came out in cans for the very first time about a year ago) and so we brewed up a bunch and it's goin' into cans (and kegs!) this week.

And gettin' on in to news about fun times: we got some fun times comin' up! For starters, this Friday we're doin' another Hell Night with Brato! It's gonna be another night chock full of fun and also full of increasingly-hot buffalo wings (and beer, but that only gets increasingly hot if you forget to put it in the fridge) and if that sounds like it's up your alley you best act quick, because ticket sales end tonight (Wednesday) at 6 PM!

And gettin' a bit in to Future Times, next Friday (the 26th) is our virtual trivia night/fundraiser/beer release event/music shindig! Long story short: we recently made a beer, namely No Light Ever, in collaboration with Glacier (which is why the beer is named after their latest album), and we thought it would be cool to give the world a proper introduction to this beer and they thought it would be cool to raise some money for NIVA (the group behind Save Our Stages) and also our trivia guy was just kind of... there, so we brought him in on the fun, and now you can join all of us! We'll be there and the band will be there and at least half of each ticket goes directly to NIVA (and also all tickets come with a buncha beer and cool swag) and you should come hang out!

And then the Friday after that (April 2) we'll be once again virtually joining our friends from Brato, only this time it'll be for a mozzarella and burrata making class! We honestly have no idea what this entails, but we've learned to trust Chef Jon's culinary teaching skills, so we're right pumped to find out what it's all about, and if you wanna find out too you should join us! After all, most of the best things in life end (or start) with cheese.
