** Well, there were apparently some "discrepancies" with the plumbing, but we were told they weren't much of anything to worry about. So we'll see!

Howdy and hello! We been sloggin' away as always, tryin' to get the Powers That Be to let us make some tasty beer for your mouths. And for once, we're a little closer to reaching that goal! First off, fitting with the recent* theme of "things that are exciting to us but not all that interesting to hear about," we finally got our plumbing all inspected up! That's one permit down,** three*** more to go! What's more, after a brief and confusing start, work on the outside of our building got back up and running at full speed!**** Or, at least, it did until we got a bunch of snow dumped on us. So now we've got a partially-ripped-apart loading dock that's a hop skip and a jump away from making it rather inconvenient to get in the building (the door will be five feet off the ground until a new dock happens), but that's still more progress than we had last week! In other "news" this week: Jimbo named the fermentors and gave them faces. She may or may not have attempted to get band practice going (no one really knows what she's up to back there). * "Recent" in this case apparently includes any events that occurred since we started writing this blog.
