Seriously though, we're big proponents of dark beer in the warmer months (among other reasons, darker beers can stand up to sunlight a lot better), and we're stoked as all get-out to have Shut Up Kelly! on cask with some single-origin cocoa nibs thrown in for good measure. Which origin, you ask?* Well we'll be pittin' two countries against each other in a Consecutive Cask Battle Royale: on Thursday the Dominican Republic is bringin' it strong, and Ecuador will be weighing in on Saturday with a fierce rebuttal. Whoever wins, you can rest assured: it gon' be tasty.
