Hello hello! We're keepin' ourselves heck of busy around here what with the beers to be brewed and the good times to be had, so hold on to your hats 'cuz we got more of that goodness comin' your way!

You'll probably see us cramming tater tots into our faces at the Lower Depths shortly afterward.
And if you do happen to be the sort who likes comin' out our way, we've got some solid stuff lined up for you this weekend! On Friday, we've got a BeerAdvocate Throwdown startin' at six, and if that weren't enough, we've got Miguel's Empanadas* comin' in to fix your munchie madness with some snacktacular eats.
"See that man shoving empanadas into his face in the corner? He's the head brewer. See the woman next to him eating salsa with a spoon? That's the other head brewer. "
And if you're more into sweet over savory, we got you covered on Saturday with a Zinneken's Waffles pop-up. We'll admit to a sentimental soft spot for true Liege waffles, but it's still safe to say that you'd be a flippin' fool if you let this popup pass by.
I was gonna make another joke about cramming things into our mouths, but these here waffles demand respect.
But enough about this weekend, we've got some solid stuff planned for future times, too! Firstly, since we went to the trouble of installing those new draft lines, we've got a buncha new beers in the works! Beer of Truth Barleywine has been chuggin' away in the tanks for a little while now; our fiftieth (!) batch - The Monarch - has been brewed and is awaitin' release in a couple weeks; and we just brewed up the first in a series of beers to commemorate puppers past: a milk stout with chipotles and black peppercorns that goes by the name of Chance. So while this may be the odd week that we ain't got new brews to tantalize your tastebuds, rest assured that we're always tinkerin' around in the brewhouse!

Back to the snackin', we've been having a few clandestine** meetings with the fine folks over at Sillari's Pizza and we were so smitten with their slices that we're gonna start doin' Pizza Thursdays! Starting next week! And then we got so excited that we kinda forgot to lock down the rest of the details, but the important points are all in place. Pizza. Beer. Thursday. Got it? Got it.
Plus, we've added a whole buncha new board/card games for your enjoy!
* At this point we've raved about their salsa so many times that you're probably tired of hearing it, so you should probably just come in and decide for yourself.
