Hi kids! We're back in action once again with tasty beers and tasty snacks and good times and friendship and a "holiday" that definitely isn't total bullshit and special hours for an actual holiday and just all kindsa good stuff, so buckle on up!
First up, on tap right now is our collaboration beer with our friends at Small Change: Bone Machine! It's a straight-up no-fuss farmhouse brewed with a heap o' local ingredients and a bigger heap of friendship - bright 'n smooth with lovely notes of candied lemon, light spice, and a dry finish! You will enjoy it.

Next up, on tap soon, but definitely by Sunday is Lazy Pants! If you've ever wondered (possibly out loud, possibly to nobody in particular) why chocolate beers can't be light-colored, then you're in luck! And if you were hoping we'd take that idea and then add a whole crapton of raspberry to it, you're even more in luck! Now the only unanswered question is "how much of this can I drink in one sitting before the people I'm with get kind of grossed out?" and let's just say that we believe in you.
Lazy Pants has already inspired clever beertail names such as Kelly's Pants, Extra Pants, Wasted Pants, Doom Pants, Best Pants, Joy Pants... the list goes on. Ask for one at the bar and say your prayers!
And while we're talkin' about drinking lots in one sitting, we gots to give you the lowdown on this week's cask, on tap Thursday! Kelly is once again gracing us with her presence, and this time she's fortified by Rock 'n' Rye soaked oak chips!

Also on Thursday is a very romantical edition of Simpsons Trivia, paired up with heapin' helpin' of tamales! Trivia starts at 8, but you'd best get here before then because last month there was a medium seat crisis. Plus, tamales!
Then on Friday we're celebrating everybody's favorite February holiday: National Hippo Day!* And in honor of this holiday that we definitely didn't just learn about a couple days ago, we've got Matilda's back in the house!
Then on Saturday to satisfy your sweet tooth after all those hippo-related festivities we're bringin' in Top Shelf Cookies to sling their delectable treats all afternoon!
Movin' on to Sunday, we've got a whole dang host of good stuff lined up for you! That's the Official Launch Day for Lazy Pants (which you may remember from several paragraphs ago) and we're doin' a chicken 'n' waffles brunch with our friends from Brato, and we're gonna have some Girl Scouts in here to satisfy all your cookie needs! If there's such thing as too many good times, we may be headed in that direction.
And. And! Since there's a real-ass holiday this weekend (not to discount the ones based on hippos and/or cardboard cutouts of hearts) we are open on Monday the 18th from 12-6 for President's Day, so come on out and while away your Monday off, you earned it!
Well, you *probably* earned it.
* If you don't know why this particular pachyderm is pertinent, perhaps you ought ask at the bar - you're in for either a treat or a frustrating evening, depending on your tastes.
